So... unusual to get a preview this early, but a good move in terms of getting press on Dickens' birthday.
It LOOKS like we're getting six stamps of Pickwick and an MS with Nicholas, Oliver, David C and A Tale of Two Cities.
I like them - cleaner and simpler than the 1970 set (which I can't stand!)
Too much of a focus on Pickwick?
Your thoughts, as ever...
UPDATE: It's definitely six stamps PLUS MS - so it looks like my second sentence above is accurate, because where else are those books going to go if the set stamps are all Pickwick?

I like the one on the left, though it reminds me of those Austen (or was it Brontë?) stamps from some years ago. Not too sure about the one on the right, though it is nice they're using original illustrations. Would be great if that were a recess-printed stamp! But that's wishing for the moon, I suppose!
