Hi, Am looking to sell my GB 4 kings collection of stamps. They are virtually all MNH, apart from a couple of LMM.

I have spent around £6.5k on them from various dealers BB stamps, Rush stamps, Mark Bloxham etc. and eBay.

I was wondering what price should I be looking for / accept from a dealer.

Secondly, can anyone suggest a dealer / house, was thinking of using Sandafayre.

Hi Stewart,

Good luck with your sale, 6.5K so you have to be looking at more. I cannot help you but that is a lot of value to trust someone with, makes my eyes water anyway!

They look good as well.

Take care and just one thing, is it a good time to sell?

Dear Stewart,

If I were you I would break down the collection into sections or single valuable items and try different dealers. I would stick to well known ones who've been around for a long time. Or even sell on eBay. You would need to do your homework re. pricing. The problem with dealers is that they're unregulated. Anybody can be one, even a crook. A dealer in Scotland was recently convicted of theft and he's still trading! Good luck!
